Indonesian Music & Dance
2:30 PM - 3 PM
(Museum open 10 AM - 5 PM)
Join the Children's Museum of New Hampshire for our 3rd annual Mosaic Project multicultural program! On April 18, we will host traditional Indonesian music and dance performed by Imanuel Angklung Children's Ensemble of Newington!
For the third year, the Children's Museum of NH is celebrating the Granite State's growing cultural diversity with a series of performances and workshops showcasing arts of different lands. Families are invited to enjoy six interactive presentations in April and May, ranging from music and dance to traditional folk arts.
This year the Mosaic Project includes several multicultural performances, each with an interactive component for children and families. Children will learn about dance forms, drumming, and music from cultures in our community, and have an opportunity to participate with professional musicians and dancers.
The 2015 Mosaic Project events are all included in paid museum admission and do no require reservations.
