Remember the Hula-Hoop? Well, get ready to have fun with the new and improved version at Hoopnotica for Kids, offered by the Gafney Library in Sanbornville. This Hooping program is for children 5 to 13 years old and offers 45 minutes of fun and energetic movement that includes entertaining games, physical activity, and play. Children will be introduced to foundational hoop dance moves and tricks that are sure to generate smiles and foster creativity. This program is free of charge and will be led by certified Hoopnotica Instructor, Angela O’Keefe, who will provide hoops. The Hoopnotica program will take place on Thursday, May 1, from 6:30-7:15PM, at the Wakefield Opera House, next to the Gafney Library. The library hours are 1-7:30PM on Tuesday and Thursday, 10:00AM-12:00PM on Wednesday and Friday, and 9:00AM-2:00PM on Saturday. Get Hooping!
